Crystal has always had a niche for designing and facilitating events. In grade school, teachers would select her year after year to assist with the administration of class activities. At the university level, her logistical prowess grew even further as she became a vital member of several student organizations, acting as the coordinator of marketing, daily operations and finances for different associations.
Crystal's professional career demonstrates loyalty and mastery through her tenure as a Personal Assistant for the Regional Director of a Home Decor and Interior Design firm for nearly 15 years. Her passion for event curation, accentuated with her breadth of experience with logistics and interior design, led her to develop her own ventures. In 2014, Crystal became a Certified Event Planner and co-founded Janett’s Events, LLC.
Crystal has curated diverse events of many genres. From intimate, elegant galas to celebrate success to sold-out conferences with international attendees, she is capable of curating a successful event. She possesses a very sharp attention to detail and a unique capacity to be 'practical yet creative'; Her sanguine perspective keeps her adept to conquer all the challenges that no client can anticipate, but Crystal can correct.
