Policies & Payments 

• Payments are processed via our secure online server.

• All major credit cards are accepted. 

• 10% service fee for payments processed by phone.

• No personal checks are accepted.

• Wait staff/bartenders services are NOT guaranteed until payment is received in full.

• All balances equaling $500.00 or greater may be reserved with a 50% deposit.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.

1. Distance and Holiday/Peak date fees may apply.

2. The client is responsible for all fees associated with parking.

***No cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to the 72-hour period preceding the scheduled event. There is a $99 cancellation fee billed to the client for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.***
